Returns Policy

Original Invoice Required:
No return, exchange, credit, will be processed without presenting the original invoice.

Return Notification:
All return requests must be submitted in writing within 10 days of receipt to:

Return Condition:

Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Goods must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

A handling fee of up to 10% may be charged for repackaged items, at our discretion.

Time Limits:

Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from the date of purchase.

Return Shipping:

The customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance.

TDS Security is not liable for any items lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items:

Products that have been disassembled, installed, permanently modified, or used contrary to manufacturer instructions may not be accepted for return.
